My name is Dodie Jensen, I am a realtor with Tarr Realty NW. I am committed to providing an easy way for the champions of our nation to save money on purchasing or selling their home. This is my way of saying thank you to those who selflessly make our lives better each and every day. The list of champions includes those that are currently or have been in the past: police officers, fire fighters, military, medical personnel and teachers.

Prior to becoming a realtor in 2015 I was a nurse at Legacy Emanuel Hospital. I learned first hand how much medical care workers put on the line for their patients as well as each other.  Service to others runs in my family- we have police officers, nurses, teachers, fire and military all spread out within my extended family.  I wanted to give back…but how to do it in a meaningful way? It became clear after talking with a police officer and nurse who wanted to sell their beautiful home---And thus began ‘Homes with a Heart.’ 

 

Sellers- for those selling their homes using me as their realtor- As a thank you for your service,  I will decrease my commission approximately .5%.

Buyers- for those buying a home using me as their realtor- As a thank your for your service, I will pay for your inspections as well as pay for a 1 year home warranty that will help with the cost of repairing or replacing components of your home's systems and appliances if they stop working
